Each seller on favorly has their own return policy. Prior to making a purchase, be sure to familiarize yourself with the seller’s policy.
If the seller accepts returns and you would like to initiate a return, you can do so via your favorly account dashboard. In the event a seller will accept your return, the Buyer pays return shipping costs. Product must be in unused condition. After product is returned and in an unused condition, a credit (minus original shipping/handling costs) is posted to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
If an item is returned in used condition, the seller may not accept the return and no refund will be provided. Sellers can re-ship the item back to you at your own cost or the seller can discard the item.
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please reach out directly to the seller via your dashboard to initiate an exchange or return.
