Cancellations and Returns
Any order can be cancelled prior to being shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so by logging into your account and requesting the cancellation via your account dashboard. Once your order has been marked as shipped in our system, no order cancellations can be accepted.
What’s your return policy?
Each seller on favorly has their own return policy. Prior to making a purchase, be sure to familiarize yourself with the seller’s policy. If you would like to initiate a return, you can do so via your favorly account dashboard. In the event a seller will accept your return, the Buyer pays return shipping costs. Product must be in unused condition. After product is returned and in an unused condition, a credit (minus original shipping/handling costs) is posted to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
If an item is returned in used condition, the seller may not accept the return and no refund will be provided. Sellers can re-ship the item back to you at your own cost or the seller can discard the item.
